Food donations are the lifeblood of Community Storehouse. Drop off non-perishable items at our location or organize a food drive in your community.
What to bring
We gratefully accept non-perishable, unexpired food items in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Canned vegetables and fruit
- Canned beans and legumes
- Canned meat, fish, and poultry
- Canned soups and stews
- Pasta, rice, and grains
- Peanut butter and nut butters
- Cooking oils and condiments
- Cereal, oatmeal, and granola
- Crackers and shelf-stable snacks
- Baby food and formula (unexpired)
- Shelf-stable milk and juice
- Dried fruit and nuts
What we cannot accept
To protect the health and safety of our clients, we are unable to accept the following:
- Expired or damaged items
- Open or partially used packages
- Homemade or home-canned foods
- Alcohol or items containing alcohol
Drop off your donation
Bring your donations to our location during regular operating hours. No appointment needed for standard drop-offs. For large donations, please call ahead so we can have staff ready to assist you.
Organize a food drive
Food drives are one of the most impactful ways to support Community Storehouse. Whether you're a school, church, neighborhood group, or business, we'll provide everything you need to run a successful drive.
